蝦皮蒸蛋
Ingredients
eggs 3 pcs
water 1/2 cup
shrimp skin 3 tbsp
diced green onion 1 tsp.
Seasonings
salt 1/2 tsp.
wine 1/4 tsp.
Method
Clean shrimp skin with water.
Beat eggs in a bowl. Add water and seasonings to the plate. Skim the mixture by chopstricks. Remove the bubbles. Add shrimp skin and spinkle with diced spring onion. Cover with aluminium foil and wrap.
Steam eggs for 10 minutes. Ready to serve.
