麻婆豆腐
Ingredients
beancurd 2 pcs
ground pork 5 oz
diced red chilli 1 tbsp
minced garlic 1 tsp
Sauce
chicken powder 1 tsp
dark soy 1 tbsp
sugar 1 tsp
sesame oil pinch
hot bean paste 1 tsp
cornflour 1 tsp
water 1/2 cup
Seasonings
light soy 1/2 tsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
cornflour 1 tsp
sesame oil pinch
pepper pinch
Method
Marinate ground pork with seasonings for 20 minutes.
Wash the bean curd. cut it into pieces and slightly bathe it in water.
Heat 2 tbsp of oil to saute the garlic and diced red chilli, then stir in the minced pork, sprinkle a little wine, fry until it is cooked. Add the bean curd and the sauce to the pork, mix well and serve.
