Ingredients
( For 3 to 4 people portion)
3 pcs chicken legs (fresh or frozen)
1 pcs. ginger (diced)
Seasonings
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. corn flour
1 tsp. light soy sauce
1 tsp. dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
Method
Rinse and clean chicken legs with running water for about 10 minutes. Drain to dry (or dry by kitchen tower)
Marinate chicken legs with all the seasonings together with diced ginger. Set aside marinate for 1 hour.
Put the marinated chicken legs in a rice cooker, add water 250ml, and cook until done (approx 20 min).
- Chop the chicken legs into pieces and serve. (or choice of serving whole chicken legs
Tips
Can use ordinary cooker cook in slow fire for 15 min.
