Jujubes with Pork Belly Soup

豬肚棗湯

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pork belly

  • 6 red jujubes

  • 6 black jujubes

  • ginger 3piece

Seasonings

  • 1 tsp salt

Method

  1. Steam clean pork belly till done.

  2. Cut (1) into small cubes.

  3. Bring a suitable amount of water to the boil. Put in soaked red and black jujubes and pork belly. Boil again. Then turn to low heat. Boil for 2 hours. Season with salt. Serve.
