豬肚棗湯
Ingredients
1/2 pork belly
6 red jujubes
6 black jujubes
ginger 3piece
Seasonings
- 1 tsp salt
Method
Steam clean pork belly till done.
Cut (1) into small cubes.
Bring a suitable amount of water to the boil. Put in soaked red and black jujubes and pork belly. Boil again. Then turn to low heat. Boil for 2 hours. Season with salt. Serve.
