Ingredients
winter melon 12 oz
lean pork 5 oz
dried scallop 2 pcs
ginger 3 slices
Seasonings
light soy sauce 1/2 tsp.
starch 1/2 tsp.
sugar 1/2 tsp.
oil dash
pepper pinch
Method
Skin the winter melon, core it,rinse and cut it into pieces.
Cut the lean pork into thin slices and add the seasoning to marinade for a while; wash the scllop clean, soak it and tear it into pieces (reserve the scallop flavor water.
Boil fresh water, add slice of ginger, scallop and scallop flavor water, boil together for 20 minutes, add pork slices in to boil until cooked and salt them before serving.
