Fish tail with Peanuts and Papaya

Ingredients

  • fish tail 1 pc

  • papaya 1 lb

  • peanuts 3 oz

  • dried tangerine peel 1/4 pc

  • salt a pinch

Method

  1. Wash peanuts. Peel and pit papaya. Cut into thick pieces. 

  2. Scale fish tail and wipe dry. Sprinkle with fine table salt. Then fry with some oil until golden brown. Take out.

  3. Soak and clean dried tangerine peel.

  4. Bring a suitable amount of water to the boil. Put in papaya, peanuts, fish tail and dried tangerine peel. Boil again. Then turn to low heat. Boil for 2 hours. Season with salt. Serve.
