Pickled Mustard Root with Bean Thread Soup

Ingredients

  • Pickled mustard root 1/2 stalks

  • bean thread 1 pack

  • minced pork 5 oz

  • green onion 1(sections)

  • water 4 cups

Seasonings

  • light soy 1/2 tbsp.

  • sugar 1/2 tsp.

  • pepper pinch

  • cornflour pinch

Method

  1. Clean mustard root and shred it. Soak it into water. Marinate minced pork with seasonings for 20 minutes.

  2. Add 1 T. oil to pot and stir-fry green onion sections.

  3. Add water to pot. After boiled, put bean threads, mustard root shreds and minced pork in pot. Cook for a while and season with pinch of salt. Serve.
