Pickled mustard root 1/2 stalks
bean thread 1 pack
minced pork 5 oz
green onion 1(sections)
water 4 cups
light soy 1/2 tbsp.
sugar 1/2 tsp.
Clean mustard root and shred it. Soak it into water. Marinate minced pork with seasonings for 20 minutes.
Add 1 T. oil to pot and stir-fry green onion sections.
Add water to pot. After boiled, put bean threads, mustard root shreds and minced pork in pot. Cook for a while and season with pinch of salt. Serve.
