Scale snakehead and remove disposable organs. Rinse thoroughly and wipe dry. Sprinkle with salt. Then fry with dash of oil until
Rinse lean pork clean and put it in boiling water for 5 minutes and rinse.
Rinse the watercress and candied dates clean, soak dried tangerine peel until soft.
Put in water and bring to boil. Add all the ingredients in to boil for 3 hours and salt them before serving.
