Celery Cabbage with Chicken Broth Soup

Ingredients

  • chicken Soup 1 can

  • white cabbage 10 oz

  • chicken bone 1 pc

  • sliced ginger 3 slices

Seasonings

  • salt 1 tsp.

Method

  1. Rinse white cabbage and cut into section.

  2. Blanch chicken bone in water and then rinse.

  3. Bring a suitable amount of water to the boil. Add in chicken soup, chicken bone and ginger. Boil until the soup thickens. Add in white cabbage and braise for a while. Season with pinch of salt. Ready to serve.
