chicken Soup 1 can
white cabbage 10 oz
chicken bone 1 pc
sliced ginger 3 slices
- salt 1 tsp.
Rinse white cabbage and cut into section.
Blanch chicken bone in water and then rinse.
Bring a suitable amount of water to the boil. Add in chicken soup, chicken bone and ginger. Boil until the soup thickens. Add in white cabbage and braise for a while. Season with pinch of salt. Ready to serve.
