Lean Pork with White Fungus Soup

Ingredients

  • dried white fungus 2.5 oz

  • chinese almonds pinch

  • lean pork 10 oz

  • dried tangerin peel 1/4 pc

Method

  1. Soak white fungus and wash.

  2. Put all ingredients into a pot. Add in water and bring to boil. Turn to low heat and cook for 1 to 1.5 hours under low heat. Serve.
