salted green vegetable 2 pcs
green bean thread 1 bunch
lean pork 5 oz
cornflour 1/2 tsp
light soy 1/2 tsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
Wash salted green vegetable, drain and cut into small pieces.
Soak green bean thread.
Shred lean pork, marinate with seasonings for 20 minutes.
Bring suitable amount of water to the boil, add lean pork until fully cooked. Add salted green vegetable and green bean thread. Serve.
