Silver Carp and Beancurd in Soup

Ingredients

  • silver carp 1 pc

  • beancurd 1 pc

  • ginger 3 slices

Seasonings

  • salt pinch

  • pepper pinch

  • spring onion 1 tbsp

Method

  1. Rinse beancurd and cut it into large pieces.

  2. Scale silver carp and remove disposable organs. Rinse thoroughly and wipe dry. sprinkle with fine table salt and pepper. Then fry with dash of oil. add in water and beancurd. Bring to boil and turn to med-low heat. Boil until all ingredients are tender and soup thickens. Add in seasonings and serve hot.
