Stewed lean pork with Lo-han Nut Soup

Ingredients

  • lean pork 10 oz

  • lo-han nut 1/2 pc

Method

  1. Blanch lean pork with boiled water. Clean them and cut them into cubes.

  2. Bring suitable amount of water to the boil, add all ingredients, boil again and cook for 1 to 1.5 hours under low heat. Seasons with salt. Serve.
