Ingredients
lean pork 10 oz
lo-han nut 1/2 pc
Method
Blanch lean pork with boiled water. Clean them and cut them into cubes.
Bring suitable amount of water to the boil, add all ingredients, boil again and cook for 1 to 1.5 hours under low heat. Seasons with salt. Serve.
