馬蹄竹蔗茅根湯
Ingredients
carrot 1 pc
water chestnut 10 pcs
sugarcane 1 pack
imperatae 1 pack
Method
Peel carrot and cut into pieces.
Peel water chestnuts.
Cut sugarcane into sections.
Bring suitable amount of water to the boil, add all ingredients, boil again and cook for 3 hours under low heat. Serve.
