lean pork 10 oz
chinese almond pinch
Soak beancaper until soft, wash it clean, squeeze water away and cut it into section.
Rinse figs, sweetened dates and chinese almonds.
Scald lean pork and rinse.
Bring the water to boil, put all the ingredients in and bring them to boil over high heat. Reduce to medium heat for 3 hours and salt them before serving.
