Ginseng Chicken Soup

參鬚雞湯

Ingredients

  • chicken 1 pc

  • ginseng fine root 1 pack

  • red dates 10 pcs

  • ginger 5 slices

Method

  1. Chop chicken and blanch in boiling water to remove blood.

  2. Rinse seedless red dates.

  3. Put all the ingredients in a pot, add water. Bring to boil and turn to med-low heat. Boil until ingredients are tender and soup thickens. Seasoned with salt and serve hot.
