參鬚雞湯
Ingredients
chicken 1 pc
ginseng fine root 1 pack
red dates 10 pcs
ginger 5 slices
Method
Chop chicken and blanch in boiling water to remove blood.
Rinse seedless red dates.
Put all the ingredients in a pot, add water. Bring to boil and turn to med-low heat. Boil until ingredients are tender and soup thickens. Seasoned with salt and serve hot.
