pork liver 8 oz
Baby chinese cabbage 5 oz
ginger 3 slices
Slice liver and soak in water which must be replaced repeatedly until liver whitens.
Shred ginger and set aside.
Boil 4c. water and add shredded ginger. Then add liver, 1T. cooking wine, and cook over low heat for 3 minutes.
Rinse and cut Chinese cabbage into small sections, and cook together with liver. Add salt to taste and then serve.
