Bone and Tea Soup

Ingredients

  • bone & tea flavor bag 1 pack

  • ribs 1.4 lb

  • garlic 20 cloves

Seasonings

  • Wine 1 tbsp

  • salt 1 tsp

Method

  1. Blanch ribs in boiling water to remove the bloodl.

  2. Peel garic.

  3. Add 10c. boiling water, Bone & Tea flavor bag, and garlic, Bring to a boil, and reduce heat to low, cook for 40 minutes and add 1T. wine.

  4. Cook ribs until soft, add salt to taste, and serve.
