ribs 1.4 lb
garlic 20 cloves
Wine 1 tbsp
salt 1 tsp
Blanch ribs in boiling water to remove the bloodl.
Add 10c. boiling water, Bone & Tea flavor bag, and garlic, Bring to a boil, and reduce heat to low, cook for 40 minutes and add 1T. wine.
Cook ribs until soft, add salt to taste, and serve.
