蒜香田雞湯
Ingredients
cloves garlic 10 pcs
ginger 3 pcs
frogs 4 pcs
wine 1 tbsp
Method
Cut off limbs of frogs, and blanch in boiling water to remove blood.
Shred ginger, peel garlic.
In pot put all the ingredients, put in water and bring to boil. Turn to medlow heat and boil until ingredients are tender and soup thickens. Season with salt, sesame oil and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
