Beancurd With Tomato Soup

蕃茄豆腐湯

Ingredients

  • tomato 2 pcs

  • beancurd 1 pc

  • baby Chinese cabbage 5 oz

  • lean pork 5 oz

Seasonings

  • salt 1 tsp

  • sesame oil

Method

  1. Rinse lean pork and slice. Marinate with some salt, sugar and cornflour.

  2. Rinse tomato, slice; half and slice beancurd; rinse cabbage and cut into small sections.

  3. Bring 5 bowls to a boil over low heat, then add beancurd, tomato and sliced lean pork.

  4. Add cabbage last, bring to a boil, then remove from heat, drizzle with some sesame oil and salt, remove to bowls and serve.
