蕃茄豆腐湯
Ingredients
tomato 2 pcs
beancurd 1 pc
baby Chinese cabbage 5 oz
lean pork 5 oz
Seasonings
salt 1 tsp
sesame oil
Method
Rinse lean pork and slice. Marinate with some salt, sugar and cornflour.
Rinse tomato, slice; half and slice beancurd; rinse cabbage and cut into small sections.
Bring 5 bowls to a boil over low heat, then add beancurd, tomato and sliced lean pork.
Add cabbage last, bring to a boil, then remove from heat, drizzle with some sesame oil and salt, remove to bowls and serve.
