黃豆排骨湯
Ingredients
soybeans 5 oz
ribs 15 oz
spring onion 1 stalk
Method
Rinse soybeans, soak in water for 2 hour, then drain. Chop spring onion.
Blanch pork ribs to remove blood, remove and rinse under water, and then boil in 6c. fresh water for 1 hour to make stock.
Cook soybeans in the stock till soft. Add salt to taste and sprinkle on chopped spring onion to serve.
