Ginseng 1 oz

Remove the skin and fat of the chicken, Rinse the chicken and lean pork , scald in boiling water, then refresh and drain.
Slice the ginseng, core the red dates and wash them clean.
Put all the ingredients into the pot and pour hot water in. Boil them over high heat for 20 minutes, reduce to low heat for 3 hours and salt them before serving.
