西洋菜牛肉湯
Ingredients
watercress(Sectioned) 10 oz
beef(sliced) 5 oz
ginger 3 slices
Seasonings 1.
light soy 1/2 tsp
cornflour 1/2 tsp
sugar pinch
salt pinch
pepper pinch
Seasonings 2.
salt pinch
oil pinch
Method
Marinate beef with seasonings (1) for 20 minutes.
Put watercress and ginger slices into 4 bowls of boiling water. Cook high heat for about 10 minutes.
Add beef. Bring to the boil again. Add Seasonings (2) and serve.
