Soup of Watercress and Beef

Ingredients

  • watercress(Sectioned) 10 oz

  • beef(sliced) 5 oz

  • ginger 3 slices

Seasonings 1.

  • light soy 1/2 tsp

  • cornflour 1/2 tsp

  • sugar pinch

  • salt pinch

  • pepper pinch

Seasonings 2.

  • salt pinch

  • oil pinch

Method

  1. Marinate beef with seasonings (1) for 20 minutes.

  2. Put watercress and ginger slices into 4 bowls of boiling water. Cook high heat for about 10 minutes.

  3. Add beef. Bring to the boil again. Add Seasonings (2) and serve.
