淮山杞子白鴿湯
Ingredients
pigeon 1 pc
lean pork 10 oz
longan 1 tbsp
dried yam 1 oz
qi zi 2 tbsp
ginger 3 slices
Method
Soak dried yam for 1 hours.
Rinse and scald pigeon and pork separately.
Bring suitable amount of water to the boil, add all ingredients, boil again and cook or 3 hours under low heat. Season with salt and Serve hot.
