Pigeon Soup with Qi Zi and Yam

  • pigeon 1 pc

  • lean pork 10 oz

  • longan 1 tbsp

  • dried yam 1 oz

  • qi zi 2 tbsp

  • ginger 3 slices


  1. Soak dried yam for 1 hours.

  2. Rinse and scald pigeon and pork separately.

  3. Bring suitable amount of water to the boil, add all ingredients, boil again and cook or 3 hours under low heat. Season with salt and Serve hot.
