蓮藕西施骨湯
Ingredients
lotus root 1.4 lb
tender ribs 10 oz
dried mussel 2 tbsp
dried tangerine peel 1/2 pc
ginger 3 slices
Method
Skin lotus root and rinse. Cut into pieces.
Scald tender ribs and rinse.
Soak dried mussel and rinse.
In pot put all the ingrediens, add in water. Bring to boil and turn to med-low heat.
Boiluntil ingredients are tender and soup thickens. Seasoned with salt and serve hot.
