節瓜淡菜肉片湯
Ingredients
Young Wax Gourd 2 pcs
lean pork 15 oz
frozen mussel 2 tbsp
ginger 3 slices
water 4 cups
Method
Peel young wax gourd and slice .
Rinse lean pork and slice. Marniated with seasonings for 20 minutes.
Rinse frozen mussel and drain.
Heat wok. Saute ginger slices and frozen mussel with 2 tbsp oil until fragrant. Add young wax gourd and water. Bring to the boil. Add lean pork and stew for 15 minutes until young wax gourd is tender. Season with salt and serve.
