節瓜排骨湯
Ingredients
Young Wax Gourd 2 pcs
tender ribs 1 lb
candied dates 5 pcs
dried mussel 3 tbsp
Method
Peel young wax gourd and cut into pieces.
Scald tender ribs and rinse.
Soak dried mussel and rinse.
Bring suitable amount of water to the boil. add all ingredients, boil again and cook for 2 hours under low heat. Boil until ingredients are tender and soup thickens. Season with salt and serve hot.
