蓮子芡實鵪鶉湯
Ingredients
quails 4 pcs
lean pork 5 oz
white Lotus Seed 1 oz
Fox Nut 1 oz
dried yam 5 pcs
dried tangerine peel 1/2 pc
Method
Soak dried yam, white lotus seeds and fox nuts for 1 hour.
Soak dried tangerine peel until soft, scrape pith away and wash it clean.
Cut open and clean quails. Drain.
Rinse lean pork and cut into thick pieces.
Boil the water with dried tangerine peel, put all the inigredients in and bring to boil again, reduce to low heat for 2 hours and salt them before serving.
