Ingredients
red dates 10 pcs
beef shank 1 pc
dried tangerine peel 1/4 pc
Method
Scald beef shank and rinse.
Soak the dried tangerine peel to soft. Rinse red dates
Bring suitable amount of water to the boil, add all ingredients, boil again and cook or 2 hours under low heat. Serve.
