pork ribs 1 lb
bitter gourd 2 pcs
soybeans 3 oz
salted vegetable 1/2 stalk
Rinse pork ribs and blanch in boiling water to remove blood, then rinse under cold water, drain. Rinse bitter gourd, halve, remove seeds, then cut into pieces.
Rinse white bean and soak for 2 hours．
Bring 9c. water to a boil, add pork ribs and white beans, and cook for 30 minutes. Add bitter gourd and salted vegetable.
Until pork ribs and bitter gourd are both soft, and add salt to taste. Ready to serve.
