pumpkin 1.4 lb
spareribs 1 lb
garlic 5 cloves
- salt 1 tsp
Peel pumpkin and wash. Cut into large pieces.
Blanch ribs to remove blood. Rinse.
In pot put all the ingrediens, add in water. Bring to boil and turn to med-low heat. Boil until ingredients are tender and soup thickens. Add in seasonings and serve hot.
