薯仔洋蔥煲木棉魚
Ingredients
potatoes 4 pcs
onion 1 pcs
big eye fish 2 pc
ginger 2 slices
Method
Remove the skin of big eye fish. Gut and rinse. Wipe dry. sprinkle with fine table salt and pepper. Then fry with dash of oil and ginger. Take out and set aside.
Peel potatoes and onion. Rinse and Cut them into large pieces.
Bring 6 cups of water to the boil. Put in all the ingredients. Parboil over high heat for 10 minutes. Turn to low heat and continue to parboil or 1 hour. Season with salt. Serve hot.
