Black Moss Soup with Black eye bean and Dried Mussel

Ingredients

  • black moss pick

  • dried mussel 3 oz

  • black eye bean 3 oz

  • soy bean 3 oz

  • pork ribs 10 oz

  • dried tangerine peel 1/4 pc

Method

  1. Rinse pork ribs and scald.

  2. Soak black moss and dired mussel until tender. Rinse.

  3. Soak black eye beans and soy beans for 2 hour and wash.

  4. Soak dried tangerine peel until soft, scrape pith away and wash it clean.

  5. Bring 12 cups of water to the boil. Put in all ingredients. Parboil over high heat for 15 minutes. Turn to low heat and parboil for 2 hours more. Season with salt.
