梨乾瘦肉湯
Ingredients
lean pork 10 oz
dried tangerine peel 1/4 pc
dried pear soup mix 1 pack
Method
Blanch lean pork and Rinse. Cut into large pieces.
Soak the dried tangerine peel to soft.
Boil the water with dried tangerine peel, put all the inigredients in and bring to boil again, reduce to low heat for 2 hours and salt them before serving.
