茄燴桂花粉
Ingredients
225g macaroni
110g pork
75g French beans
150g tomatoes
110g onions
Seasoning
1/2 cup broth
2 tbsp ketchup
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp sugar
Method
Cook the macaroni in boiling water, keep stirring all the time, turn the heat down and keep cooking. Taste, remove when it is soft to the touch, soak it in iced or cold water. Wash and mince the pork; dice the beans, tomatoes and onions.
Heat some oil in a wok to stir- fry the pork, then add the beans, onions and tomatoes.
Put in the broth, turn the heat down and let it cook for 5 minutes, drain the macaroni and add it into the broth.
When the mixture boils, add the ketchup, salt and sugar. The dish is done when it comes to a boil. If served ss a soup, add an extra cup of broth.
