Matrimony Vine in Hearty Broth



  • 600g matrimony vine (Chinese box thorn)

  • 40g red fruit of Chinese wolfberry

  • 150g pork

  • 3 pieces conpoy


  • 2 tsp fish sauce

  • 1 cup broth


  1. ick all the leaves from the matrimony vine and wash them; wash also the stems and then cook them in water to make a vegetable stock. Soak the red fruit of Chinese wolfberry With hot water. Wash the pork and mince it; soak the conpoy and steam until tender.
  2. Cook the pork with the red fruit of Chinese wolfberry , the broth and the vegetable stock. Then add the conpoy and a little oil.
  3. Put the matrimony vine leaves in and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Finally, add the fish sauce and serve at once.
