80g broccoli
80g kale
80g bean sprouts
80g fresh straw mushroom
4 pieces baby corn
adequate carrots
adequate fish sauce

Method
- Wash and cutallthe vegetables. Blanch the mushroom, broccoli and baby corn.

Practical Tips:
- Do not cut the vegetables into very big pieces or it wouId take too long to cook them.
