芥蘭炒牛肉
Ingredients
- kale 10 oz
- beef 5 oz
- ginger 3 slices
Seasonings
- light soy 1/2 tbsp.
- sugar 1/2 tsp
- pepper pinch
- cornflour pinch
Sauce
- light soy 1 tsp
- sugar 1/2 tsp
- water 2 tbsp
- wine 1 tsp
Method
- Slice beef and marinate with seasonings.
- Heat somoe oil and soak beet slices until done. Take out and drain.
- Rinse kale and section. Then blanch with pinch of salt and oil in water until done. Take out and drain.
- Put in beef slices, ginger, kale and sauce. Stir well. Dish up and serve.
