豉椒炒牛肉
Ingredients
green pepper 3 pcs
beef 10 oz
chili 1 (shredded)
fermented black beans 1 tbsp
garlic 2 pcs
Seasonings
light soy 1/2 tbsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
pepper pinch
cornflour pinch
Sauce
light soy 1 tsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
water 2 tbsp
wine 1 tsp
Method
Slice beef and marinate with seasonings.
Heat some oil and cook beef slices until done. Take out and drain.
Put in beef slices, ginger, green pepper, chilli and sauce. Stir well. Dish up and serve.
