白灼肥牛肉
Ingredients
hot pot beef slices 1 lb
scallion 1 pc
red pepper 1 pc
ginger 2 slices
wine 1 tbsp
Seasonings
- oyster sauce 3 tbsp
- light soy 1 tbsp
- sesame oil 1 tbsp
- sugar 1/2 tbsp
vinegar 2 tsp
Method
- Defrost beef, separate any slices sticking together.
- Shred scallion, ginger and chili pepper, soak in water.
- Bring half pot of water to a boil, add wine 1 , blanch beef until the meat changes color, remove, drain, place on a serving plate.
- Remove shredded scallion, ginger and chili pepper from the water, line on top of beef. Combine all the seasonings in a mixing bowl, mix well. and drizzle on beef. Toss well before serving.
