2 cups Hua Diao (Shaoxing wine)
8 Preserved Plums
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon Resurrectionlily powder
- Stimulates the appetite and replenishes the body.
Wash the duck clean dry with dry tower.
Make the duck sauce. Wipe by using half amount of seasoning and 4 preserved plums. Pour in the duck stomach and marinate for one hour.
Mix the remaining seasoning, 4 preserved plums and 2 cups of Hua Diao well. Pour over the duck body. Put the duck in bamboo steamer. Steam for one hour.
Serve with the duck sauce.
