600g Local Peanut with shell
- 300g Black Bean
3 teaspoons salt (Add 3 star anise for more fragrant)
- 1 teaspoon Szechuan Pepper Corn
- Strengthens the kidney "qi" and removes feet odour.
Brush and wash peanut clean. Choose the black bean with green meat. Cook the peanut with water for 10 minutes. Leave to cool. Take out the peanut meat. Test the taste for soft and fragrant.
Turn the fire to low heat. Cook black bean with water for 1 hour.
Cook the black bean until tender. Put in the peanut and cook for another half-hour. Cook until the water level is lower than the surface of black bean. Add in salt. Turn to high heat. Bring to the boil. Then reduce to low heat.
Roast until water dries up.
