  • lean pork 10 oz

  • watercress 1.4 lb

  • dried tangerine peel 1/4 pc

  • candied dates 6 pcs

Method

  1. Scale snakehead and remove disposable organs. Rinse thoroughly and wipe dry. Sprinkle with salt. Then fry with dash of oil until
