Ingredients

  • beef 4 oz

  • ginger 1 slice

  • qi zi 1 tbsp

  • water 2 cup

Method

  1. Rinse beef and wipe dry. Mince. Soak in 1 cup water for 2 hours. When soak, keep in a refrigerator.

  2. In pot put qi zi, put in 1 cup water and bring to boil. Turn to slow heat for 10 minutes. Put beef together with the water in which beef had been soaked, add giner. Bring to boil. Simmer for 10 minutes. Dispse the ingredients. Bring to the boil again. Season with salt and serve.
