蕃茄煮魚

Ingredients

mackerel steak 3 pcs

tomatoes 4 pcs

ginger 3 slices
-
diced spring onion 1 stalk
Seasonings
-
tomato ketchup 2 tbsp.

light soy 2 tsp.
-
sugar 1/2 tsp.
-
cornflour 1/2 tsp.
-
sesame oil dash
-
water 1/2 cup
Method

Rinse the tomatoes and cut into pieces.

Rinse mackerel steak and wipe dry. Sprinkle with fine table salt and pepper. Then fry with some oil until golden brown. Take out.

Heat 2 tbsp oil and saute ginger slices, spring onion and tomatoes. Add in sauce and bring to boil. Put in mackerel steak. Braise until ingredients are done. Dish up and serve.

Place the prepared fish dish insert in the steam pot. Be sure to put the seafood in a single layer to allow for even cooking. Allow the water in the steam pot to boil.
Place each crab on its back and put 2-3 pieces of ginger on top into the steamed wok or steamer, steamed for 10 -15 minutes, depends on size of crab. To eat the body, use the legs as handles, while extracting the meat.
